In this video I show new bread machine bakers how to bake a basic white bread from start to finish in my Zojirushi Virtuoso Plus.

1. How to insert bread pan into the machine.
2. How to insert the paddles.
3. How to weigh the ingredients and put them in the bread pan in the correct order.
4. What buttons to press/set the course.
5. How the clock/countdown works.

7. What the dough looks like when kneading

The recipe I used is for White Bread. It’s in the recipe book that came with the machine.
Use Course 1: Basic
320 g water
553 g bread flour
48g sugar
8 g Dry milk
10 g salt
35 g unsalted butter
6 g instant yeast
