BREAD ROLLS & POTATO BITES RECIPE ❤️ Ingredients: * Bread * Boiled Potatoes - 2 * Ginger - 1 tsp * Green Chilli - 2pc * Handful Coriander Leaves * Salt to taste * Black Pepper - A pinch * Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp * Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp * Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp * Juice of half a Lemon * Water * Oil * Corn Flour - 1 tbsp * Maida - 1 tbsp Recipe: 1. Take bread slices, cut out the sides and using a blender make bread crumbs. 2. To a mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes, ginger, green chilli, coriander, bread crumbs, spices of choice and lemon juice. 3. Take a bowl of water, dip the bread slice in it, add the potato filling and carefully close it with light hands. 4. Fry them in hot oil, serve with your favourite dip and enjoy! 5. For Potato Bites: Make corn flour slurry mixing equal quantities of corn flour and maida and double quantity of water. Form small balls, dip in the slurry and then coat with bread crumbs. Bread pakoda is different. Bread pakoda is like sandwich but it is fried with the slurry of besan but In bread pakoda, bread is shaped like cutlet without any outer coating. Hmare yha yeh corn flour ka coating nahi hota bread roll mai. Direct shape deke fry🙂.

So I've studied in convent school and we used to have christam parties at our school where each class was assigned a chief guest who could be any teacher from our school and every kid from our class has to bring some snacks for sharing. And every christmas my mom used to make this exact bread rolls and everyone used to love them. Now whenever i eat or even see them it just take me down the memory lane. 💜
