What did you add before the salt at 1:45 that you did not include in the ingredients list?

It’s plain flour. I just used a small pink measuring cup (1/4). For the recipe I used 3 & 1/4 cups of plain flour in total. 😊❤

No, you had something else you added from a GLASS BOWL. Please look at the video you posted again Was it perhaps sugar or milk powder?
