We had one very similar just longer. My Dad build it as a motor home for the 5 of us. We drove that old thing coast to coast in Canada for many years. It never let us down, but you could never be in a hurry. Make the best of it and good luck.

I just picked one of these up. Did not take much to get it running again. It was a camper back in the day . I think that I am going to go with that and redo it all in wood. Going to be a fun project. Planning to take it out to the lake next summer. Bet it stands out. LOL

I gust got my hands on a 63 Grumman. Also in a field. Started life as a freihofer's bread truck. In mid 60's it was bought and repurposed by small town fire department.
