This looks so delicious sister oh my goodness I usually eat this fruit but the way we do it in Puerto Rico my mother and my grandma cut in cubes like a plantain and then we boil it and we flattened down and then we fry it until golden brown and with that garlic to it on top with a little bit of salt and we eat it on the side with meat it is so delicious thank you for sharing sister God bless you and have a good day😀😁🖒🍝

Paulette, breadfruit cou cou is one of my favorites, my grandmother used to cook a piece of salt pork and mash it with the cou cou, so when you were eating you would have pieces of pork it was so good. By the way I like your salt dish, my favorite gravy to go with my cou cou is steam fish. awwww so good, that would be great for my dinner this evening. I am stuck with a chicken salad, not very appetizing at the moment lol.
