Anxiety is something every human being experiences at some point, but it becomes a disorder when symptoms persist over a long period. Psychological symptoms like racy thoughts, excessive worry, and panic attacks, as well as physical symptoms such as palpitations and gastrointestinal issues, can be overwhelming. Behavioral symptoms like procrastination and avoidance also add to the struggle. The causes of anxiety can be genetic, environmental, psychological, or developmental, but the good news is, anxiety can be cured. Awareness is the first step-writing down your thoughts in a journal can help separate you from those feelings, and practicing breathing exercises can activate your parasympathetic nervous system, bringing calm.
Joining a yoga class or focusing on self-soothing techniques, like placing your hand on your thymus and reassuring yourself, can make a significant difference. Remember, anxiety is triggered by events or episodes; it’s not something you are born with. By understanding this, you can begin to address the root causes and manage your anxiety more effectively. My partner is always with my best friend. Look at my friend creates anxiety. He said that he consciously chose spent time with my friend. He said that he doesn't feel like giving me that much time will I feel.

Nothing helps me.... I will pass out if you start talking about anything in the medical industry..... but NOTHING else.... I have severe attacks if I get a call from a dr.... ?????? I am too old to fight it any more... just so you know.... maybe it is just me.... but if there are others.. it is life threatening....maybe not directly....... but it just happened to me,... I was really sick.......... I just slept in bed hoping it would go away..... after 3 days it got worse and if I didn't find the courage to call 911 when I did...... or just an hour later..... I wouldn't be here right now...... even when the ambulance arrived... I tried to talk them out of taking me to the hospital... until a couple of seconds later.... I crashed hard........and woke up in the hospital..... I have been fighting this since I almost died when I was a child. The only way I will make a doctor appointment is to take a diazepam the night before and 30 minutes before the appointment..... So I tried all the breathing,,,, drugs..... and other than a diazepam (which a 30 day supply last me over a year or two).... because I only use them to go to the dentist or doctor.... and especially lab work!!!!!!!
