That’s all we can do sometimes! Just finding a way to keep letting go of whatever we’re holding that we shouldn’t be. 🫶🏻 it’s brave to let go, and it’s brave to push forward - braver than we sometimes give ourselves credit for. And if anything comes up to trigger us from the past, something we thought let go of already, it’s always an opportunity for reflection - to show us how far we’ve come, to give ourselves the opportunity to put the tools we’ve gained to use to shut something down in seconds that maybe in the past would haunt us for weeks. Keeping your chin up, pressing forward towards your heart and intuition, and not letting the changes in scenery phase you.

It can be used in a lot of ways, but ho’oponopono normally comes up for me when doing shadow because it can help us be grateful for our shadow and approach it with love, gratitude, compassion, sympathy - a higher perspective, because everything serves its purpose
