I'm in a situation now where my ex dumped me 4 month ago for a co worker, she was in a relationship straight away posting pics of them together, I only found out two weeks after moving out. I found out this week she's engaged and pregnant! I feel like he's living my story, funny thing i think there's a slight chance that baby is mine coz she looks about 4-5 months based off of some pictures she posted! To be honest I can really relate, just lost a 4 year-relationship... I thought I loved her, but after I lost her, I realised that I loved her even more... I mean, she was probably my best friend, the one I could talk to about everything... It happened a few months back and the worst part is over, I was fired from my job because I couldn't perform well, and I couldn't train for 6 months, my life turned into a complete mess , I lost a lot of weight, but something is starting to change. I started training again last week and boy oh boy did I forget how good it felt. She just recently texted me, and she really looks like she's over it and is trying to be friends with me but I just can't seem to look at her just as a friend yet, but you know what ? My life isn't about her anymore, I have got to take the reins and lead it and this video showed me just that. I feel like I lost a part of me, it's indeed true, but the thing that I lost the most were my dreams and goals. For a series of months I did nothing but play videogames and sleep, asking myself what I would do with my life and if I would ever find another significant other, I lost sight that the world is full of amazing things, so many things to explore and experience, why limit myself to this ? Why was I so blind for all these months ? That I will never answer, but one thing I know, I have now regained sight of my goals, and I'll go through hell to accomplish them, that's for sure. To anyone going through a rough time, just know that you are not alone! There's more to it than you can see, PUSH ON! I couldn't eat, and lost so much weight. It's a process that you go through to get back on track. Slowly but surely I am coming back to myself. I have been working out for just about a year now and I feel I'm in the best shape of my life . 5 days a week I get up at 5:30 AM and work out before going to work and I look amazing!! Lol.. not being conceded, but I'm just very happy with me right now! I deserve to be. Now guess whos c alling, and wants to come by and see me. I still do love him. He knows this and knows he's the love of my life, but it's just different now. I'm confident now, I'm stronger now, and I don't break so easy for him now...and honestly, this shit..feels absolutely wonderful! ! No one deserves to go through this type if pain, but everything happens for a reason. Eventually. ..you WILL FIND yourself again, and when you do dear friend, you will be unstoppable. Just broke up a couple days ago. I cried and cried the day after. I have never felt that much pain before. More than any failed rep attempt. I lost a part of me. But this video changed everything. It made me realize that through everything I’ve faced, every hardship, the gym has and will always be there for me. Man this video brought me to tears! Me and my girl broke up and I’ve been feeling terrible. When I was with her I stopped lifting, got comfortable, and took up drinking. I’m now 50 pounds heavier and completely out of shape. This video hit me in all the feels. I’m gonna take my ass to the gym and get better than I was before I met her. I keep coming back to this video just to read the comments. It’s been one year since I got my heart broken, I went on a huge partying binge to numb the pain. I skipped workouts and ended up gaining 30 pounds. I still miss her like crazy, she’s moved on and I wish her all the best. But the gym is my new therapy. I have now lost those 30 pounds on the binge and I’m only getting better. Life moves on , you can’t stay in the past.

Almost a year of what happened. The next day I started this process self improvement. Books, gym, fitness, socializing and becoming a better version of my self. I can’t believe I made it so far while suffering during this process drama, stress, puke, crying, fights and the next day in morning still continue the gym and at my free time reading. Keep going even you don’t feel it do it . I have changed the pain is still there but I am happy where I am

Yea I been with this girl for 3 years. I put my all into her. Talked, laughed, we had conversations like she was my best friend. I took her so serious and separated myself from majority of my guy friends and other girl best friends. She was still in high school and after I graduated I got me a really good job. And bought this girl anything she wanted. Shoes, hair, clothes. To a point her mom barely did for her. Her mom used to say so much hurtful things about her. And I was mainly the only person there for her. This is her last year in high school. She got a job after I lost my job. And she hasn’t done anything for me since besides barely talked to me. Plus she ended up moving 30 minutes away. Her excuses were we grew apart. Next thing I knew she stopped texting me. Moral of the story is... I been there for her through her darkest times of physical and emotional abuse from her own household. No matter how good you are... to good just isn’t good enough for females.💯

Hang in there brother. My wife and I of 18 years split on the 14th. She was my High School sweetheart (cliche I know) and it originally broke me. Inspiration like this and videos from Mulligan brothers and fearless mind helped me process this and motivated me to do better. Its been two weeks and I have to admint, if you truley start letting things go and working on yourself, I think things will get better.
