I’m so confused… the mother’s story isn’t making sense to me. Other than what you guys in the comments have already stated, she said she was in a 3 year relationship with him but later says that the man watched her daughter grow up and changed her diapers yet the abuse started at age 7. She also said he was 26 when he started abusing her, but 28 when arrested yet she said the abuse started at age 7 and she discovered the abuse when her daughter was 11.

As a survivor of molestation (we overcome by the words of our testimony), I would encourage mom to get her daughter some counseling by herself first. The seeds he has planted in that baby's mind has made her look at mom as the bad guy...not a safe place to talk. As she begins to trust her therapist, she will begin to open up more. There may come a time where mom can then be brought in to sessions. But first, a safe place with a therapist has to be established. There seems to definitely be a bit more going on here that may be more generational and I won't comment on that. What I will say is mom should be seeking some individual counseling as well. EDIT...I had to come back to this. I made the above comment before finishing the video. I just finished the video. I will reframe from judging but I pray for this family and it is my prayer that mom seeks help for herself and for the daughter.

There are way too many red flags & inconsistencies with her story for me to believe that she did not have any slight idea that something was going on between that man and her daughter. #1 The age she said he was, which was 26, from the time of the arrest is off. If the abuse started at 7 until she was 11, How was it that he was 28 during the time of the arrest? She also mentioned about him changing her diaper, etc. #2 There is no way that they collected DNA from the child & did not treat her for any time of possible STD's & STI'S or gave her a rape kit or further examination. #3 There was a reason why the grandmother was constantly questioning her daughter about possible abuse. This tells me other people suspected it, the mother more than likely knew about it & did NOTHING to stop it. #4 This man definitely had way to much access to her children, if she was working 12 hour shifts and doing hair. Sounds like she wanted a man so bad to the point where she allowed him to babysit & have full access to her kids while she worked & provided for them. Which tells me he was having his way with her daughter whenever he wanted. I was baffled when she said " He sent me off to get food". She allowed that man to do what he wanted, when he wanted & how he wanted. #5 How did she not know something was going on when he was getting up out of her bed, coming back to wash his face & private area off , the daughter not wanting the brother to share a room with her & him washing her child's bedsheets? She also mentioned how the daughter would be laid up with the boyfriend, as if the daughter is even of age to even "Lay up" with anyone. #6 There is definitely a reason why she was not allowed in court, no longer has custody and cannot access the documents. This further proves that SHE knew & failed to protect her daughter. Honestly I feel like she should have been charged with child neglect. SO many red flags. From her mentioning she felt like the daughter was in competition with her, speaks Volumes to her thought process! Seems like she only wanted to turn him in, not because of the abuse, but because the daughter felt like her was her boyfriend more so than hers. SMH I hope and pray this child gets the therapy she needs to heal from these traumatic years of recurring abuse. I am sure the daughter's recollection of events are much different than what the mother is saying.

She moved a DEMON into her home w/ her 3 children, found out he was raping her ELEVEN year old daughter, and immediately takes the "proof" to HIS uncle. She mentioned that her daughter still hasn't told her to her face the details. Said this same daughter had been previously removed from her custody. She then goes to spin this elaborate narrative of how the daughter - an ELEVEN YEAR OLD - somehow felt that she was his girlfriend, and would start arguments between the molester and her mother. And allegedly she found out about the daughter, took the daughter and left her son so that’s why she went back. One I would have not said two words. He would received an express ticket to the upper room. I would have packed my kids up dropped them at my sisters and had my mom drive me to the police station bc I would have been under the jail. He would have never made it to the interrogation room. That one message alone was quite enough to prove a crime in my eyes. She definitely helped her daughters to build a strong guard at the tender ages because we were comfortable (even when we were uncomfortable) with talking to my mom. Then I got to a certain age, I (myself) got tired of hearing about it. I asked her if she ever thought about telling it to people whom she didn't give birth to because she (and my dad) made sure we were protected (within their confines). Just an FYI this doesn’t stop at men… my abuser was a woman (her husbands mother in law) my mother moved in the house to help out with us girls since she worked at night. And she would do the same things…. It’s not gender specific they’re just sick humans in this world. Be worry of ANYBODY around your children. So wait…. In the beginning of the interview she says she didn’t know the daughter never told her. Then towards the end of the interview she says she did tell her he was touching her and he was in the shower washing his face and lower parts??? These stories def need to be told because there are so many women who turn a blind eye to the things their BF so to their children. I know because I experienced it.
