Ramashraya is a heavenly place. Simple Idli and hot sambar over here along with some filter coffee OMG my mouth started watering. Also thought I'm not a huge fan of shira but every time I visit Ramashraya I just can't stop myself from ordering it. Ramashraya is ❤❤❤❤❤

Do try Idilis at this place called Balaji Idli House. One of the most underrated place for South Indian food. For me, they are the best in Bombay. They've got several varieties of fried idli and their rasam idli vada is just yummm!

If possible, please try idli and uttapa next to Kanjurmarg E station below HDFC bank. It's so soft just like cotton, and chutney is given all over idli and uttapa..

Ram Ashray is a NORMAL UDUPI RESTAURANT not THE BEST. The best is Mani's Lunch Home in Chembur. It serves Tamil Brahmin style food. Breakfast with Sambar as it should be , not too sweet. Filter coffee is a speciality of Tamil Nadu so that is also best tried at Mani's. And Lunch and dinner on banana leaf. This restaurant was earlier in Matunga behind Ruia College, but now shifted to Chembur to a bigger premises because lot of Tamilians live in Chembur now.
