Please visit all the Matunga restaurants and get the best item as takeaway and deliver it with your own hands to those standing out. You will find that mom and that poor child in front of all these restaurants... This small act of punya will grace our generations..

Saradabhavan and Amba Bhavan are sisters. For the last 47 years I have been eating Idli-Vada and having coffee there. Presently only occasionally as I am not in Matunga now. Whenever I visit Matunga I go to either of them. The standard remains as ever with the typical Sambhar and Idli. But the prices are on the high side. Now their majority clients are Gujjus and not Madrasis. Still I visit to relive the old times.👌👌👌

khotte idli also called Koti idli in my village in mangalore.. its the yummiest and softest idli's ever. its cooked in cups made of jackfruit leaves and these leaves give it a very unique flavor.. pour lots of coconut oil or relish with home made white butter and raw mango and coconut chutney!!! just ate my dinner but the thought of koti idli makes me hungry again

Hi, you show a lot of eating Indian food. They are all great. I enjoy watching your videos. How do they make the dish? Can you do videos showing from start to finish. I mean, start with ingredients, mixing the ingredients, then making the finished product, and then you eat and describe. Pick one dish at a time. For example, Idli. How do they start? How do they mix the ingredients, and prepare the batter? I do agree. there are a lot of cooking shows. But this would not be the same. This would be in the actual restaurant setting. No one goes into the restaurant kitchen. As you describe, also include statistics like, how many idlis and dosas does the restaurant make, how many people come to eat, what happens to left over food, do they donate to the poor, or do they throw away, and so on.

This idli looks good and would be having that authentic taste which one must have tasted some 30 years bk.. and this doesn't look like a Manglorean / udupi restaurant.. may be a tamilian as they had that dry chutney.. problem is there are hardly any Udupi restaurants left in Mumbai.. all have Changed to fast food Corners and the ones left have mixed everything into a different blend.. the Mysore masala which u would have tasted 30 years bk is way different than that what u get these days.. in fact the one u get now a days, u should call that pavbhaJi masala dosa.. just saw u visited ramashray in this video, I had been there 3 days bk.. they still have that genuine and authentic taste and their rasam is just awesome..
