In this video, we head to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for breakfast at Kona Cafe. There are many gluten free and special diets options not listed on the allergy-friendly menu, so be sure to ask your server or a chef about the gluten free Tonga Toast sliders or GF Macadamia Nut Pancakes. Overall, we had a very solid breakfast and would recommend it to guests looking for a table service breakfast option at the Disney resorts. It's such a great table service breakfast option! I like the Tonga Toast sliders but do prefer the macadamia nut pancakes overall. Brandon was not a fan of the banana in the Tonga Toast sliders! 🤣 It's awesome to have both as options though!

@@glutenfreedairyfreedisney question… I watched it a couple times and I’m confused by the term “sliders”. Is there a burger element? Is there meat at all? Or it’s just a stuffed French toast kind of deal? Thanks!

@@FiveHungryTravelers Sorry that was confusing! They call them sliders, but there's no meat element involved. I think it's to help temper expectations about what you're getting because it's the Bloomfield Farms rolls stuffed with banana and deep fried, versus a giant piece of stuffed bread. It's basically stuffed French toast in roll form! Hope that helps! 😍
