Actually thats not how ive found it to be. I learned by watching football shaped burrito rolling vids and "Chipotle" food restaurant ones. He just put to much stuff on it. But if you pile it high in the center. You then fold the side nearest you all the way over the far side. So in half really. Then grab the topmost tortilla with your finger tips and drag it back to make it tight and give you room. Fold in the sides (either before the first step or now) Then roll as you tuck it in to tighten it. You want it in the middle because it gives the most tortilla to work with to pull the burrito tight. This way you are not really moving the filling around. Just using the tortilla to pack it and tighten it. Much like you use saran wrap for meat rolls.

Most of these videos are like medium quality but pretty funny, but these egg videos are high quality. I mean, the scenes you built are amazing, the story is enticing, the sound design is pretty great, and the music is decent. And it's such a departure from the usual "you suck at cooking" format. This is fantastic, keep it up!
