Hi. What you do If you have only one Guest with single shot? because I saw some baristas which only work with double shot basket. Then what they do with other shot, or you using a single basket too? Thanks. Btw great channel, I watched all your coffee videos!

Hi, thank you for watching my channel. I do work with a double shot but if someone wants single-shot coffee then I just use a single shot and I the leftover shot I throw away If I can not use it. Try to use it If I can. Do not forget to subscribe. Love from nz
