People also make smoothies, ice cream, popsicles, and of course, the açaí bowl as we know and love. Honestly, the first time I had açaí, it was the pure form, with not much added to it, and it tasted a little like dirt. But now is full of sweet toppings and fruits and guaraná syrup, and is more of an ice cream consistency, so it was adapted for our taste. (I'm from the southeast of Brazil)
