There it is, ya made it. Looks tasty. BBQ sauce, I'd never would've thought to try that.

Hi Steve I don’t know if barbecue sauce is the same over there as what it is here basically it’s tomato sauce with a caramel base in a way, but anyway how are you travelling mate I think about what you are going through daily and wonder if things are getting better for you. I’m finally starting to feel a lot better and getting some sleep which is making life a lot easier to deal with the ongoing mild nerve pain that I’ve got now. I am starting to jump through the hoops That Work requires of me so I can return to work in the near future.

@@philsrandomstuff2392 some day the wife and I might head that way and try some food, she says there's some folks she knows that moved there from over here in Oregon. I'm doing some body hardening and exercise as much as I can before surgery. Surgery is supposed to be scheduled in about 2 weeks. The pre op. I'm down to maybe 1 Tylenol every now and then. At the moment I'm trying to see if I can get my body to not guard itself so hard. Just to feel what's going on.

@@stevenmyrick6879 2weeks Awesome. But probably for you at cannot come soon enough. Yes unfortunately pain medication doesn’t take away the nerve pain so there’s not much use in taking a lot of it. The mental game is where it’s at and trying to not let it get on top of you. Say hi to your wife for me, i’m sure if she came to Australia she would really enjoy a pie and a coffee. I would love to visit your part of the world one-day also. I just hope I can sit that long on the plane LOL

@@philsrandomstuff2392 you wouldn't happen to have a recipe for those pies would ya?

@@stevenmyrick6879 Never thought of making pies, I guess they’re too easy to buy. I guess if you google how to make an Australian meat pie something should come up. How are you travelling Steven, get closer to operation date now. My nerve pain is starting to ease off now and life is becoming more enjoyable, I also am getting a bit more trust back in my back and starting to do some more arduous things. Hopefully you’ll have a quick recovery and the nerve pain will ease off fully for you with in six weeks after the op.

Hi Joseph thanks for your inquiry, I’m about to do another video on how I’m going but things are getting better very slowly I have a good reduction in my original back pain which is an added bonus as the surgery is it meant to help that, as for nerve pain/sciatic pain this is down to a constant 1 to 2 in the pain scale and getting up to about a four at night and in the morning. I don’t look forward to mornings much these days, but with a good stretch and a few exercises I can get on with my day. Pain relief l am only taking paracetamol and Ibuprofen four times a day and i’m finally starting to get some sleep which is awesome after 3 months Cheers Phil
