Mississippi boy here. Been cooking 40+ years. Watched at least 30 Stalecracker vids....love the ALL. But this is my absolute FAVORITE. No throwing pans around, no hydration (with is all fine and well and wonderful)...just GOOD OLD SOUTHERN breakfast-for-dinner food!! I've already got dinner done for tonight (shrimp egg rolls with oriental dumplings - FIYA DOOOOD! - but tomorrow night its deer sausage, gravy, and fried yard pimp eggs!!! Money baby!
