Nice to see you out in the country with Paul. You're encouraging me to possibly start doing vlogs as part of my content. Especially while traveling.

I like Paul's little town. Tokyo would be nice to visit, but I wouldn't wanna live there full-time. I'd definitely take the train from the outlying areas to Tokyo if I worked there.

The shaped postcards are called "Gotochi postcards". You can get different of them in the whole of Japan, depending in which city or area you are. So if you are on a trip in several regions of Japan or in Tokyo you can get other ones. There are also different sets of them for each year, so they are really special. [They are more expensive to send out overseas because they are shaped.] Collecting and sending postcards is one of my hobbies that's why I know about them. :-)

I feel that you would have an even more wider experience with Japan if you did a collaboration with the youtubers Tabieats. They're two Japanese men with awesome vlogs that you can't get enough of. They're pretty much raised in Japan as well so they know a lot including schedules to different events and places. They can also translate everything for you too

Ken, if you're still in Japan you have to try CoCo Curry! The restaurant chain is called Coco Ichibanya and there are around 10 locations around Tokyo. Curry is one of the most popular dishes in Japan and this chain serves one of the best curries out there. You can choose what meat you want, how much rice you'd like AND you can choose how hot you want it. I think it would make for a great video and they don't care if you film at their locations. I hope you have the time to check it out! :)

I admit to being behind on the viewing, but this is a great vlog...and it's even better because I do like to watch and comment over at Critical Eats Japan. I haven't been there recently because it seems a new stream of income needs to be generated...so sales training, and when I take a break from learning how to sell the all in one internet marketing plan with the most impact for your dollar...whoops...where did that shameless plug come from? , I will go watch Paul try different foods.
