@@k-potato3593 Well, with my experience of eating Korean food living in gangnam for last 5 years, and being friends with tons of native koreans will tell you there is little to no difference between 김 and 노리이 ; you pick up any Hangul dictionary, you’ll see those two are interchangeably used almost everywhere, the difference in taste is almost negligible with the modern day processing and everything (which I can tell, but I wrote this to make it easier and accessible to everyone ). My knowledge of Korean food and culture isn’t from Kdrama or K-pop for that matter, I literally ate this for two years every second meal with my Vietnamese bestie, when we used to study at SNU. And it tastes like heaven even with convenience store, bap (rice) and spam meat.

In mixing bowl: 2 cups or containers cooked white rice (hot or warm) 1 can of tuna (I prefer to drain it) kimchi - cabbage, cut into bite sized pieces (as much or as little as you want) kewpie mayo (as much or as little as you want) I added a bit of black pepper and garlic salt. Mix well Place tuna kimchi rice in a bowl/plate then top with fried egg and roasted seaweed.
