Wheat flour - 1 cup
Semolina/sooji - 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Cooking oil - 1/4 cup
Warm water as per required
For stuffing
Oil - 2tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped onion - 1
Finely chopped green chilli -2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Finely chopped carrot - 1
Finely chopped Capsicum -1
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala/lime juice - 1 tsp
Boiled green peas - 2 tbsp
Boiled and grated potato - 1
Salt as per taste
Finely chopped coriander
Maida - 2 tbsp
