Jay-Z has practically been in the public eye in the music business for at least 24 years and now everything has truly come full circle for him. Money cannot buy the type of loyalty and respect that Emory and Jay-Z have for one another and big ups to the OG for finding peace and becoming a better man while behind the wall! It's so refreshing to hear inspiring words from a Black man that's so positive, progressive and forward thinking. Thank God & shout out to the breakfast club for this interview!!!

De Haven Irby I don’t know shit about y’all, but I know Shawn shouldn’t have left you behind unless you did him dirty. It’s either that or he’s just a dirty nigga who just gon’ cut ties when it benefits him. What’s fucked up for real is how people will AUTOMATICALLY co-sign with Shawn, no matter who his critics may be.....that’s that shit they say Beyoncé fans be doing. During Super Bowl 48 I had the opportunity of a lifetime to be in close quarters with Jay Z, J. Brown, O.G. Juan, and Desiree... As a super ROC fan my goal was to be cool and be humble and simply not to come across as a fan. The entire night (5+ hours) this quiet guy was there usually in the corner and sometimes in the middle of the room. I don't recall him ever actually speaking. One thing he was doing was watching. You could tell he saw everything. It was Emory Jones. I had no idea who he was but I knew all about him from the songs. One of my regrets is that I didn't speak. Wise dude.

Like me, people from DC are so real. I love these hats and shoes, and J and B and the Roc, and things that I see them do. Sometimes they inspire me! Shout out to Emory and the Roc!! You did that.

Jason Clokes and then they also ignore Ty Ty, Og Juan, Chaka, Bleek, Lenny S, Hip Hop, and the rest of Jay's crew from pre-rap.

Aaron Carter nah they don't ignore it man, people genuinely don't like success. They hate to see people win. People like losers I think.

IamWill that bar was a sub. That bar originally was for dehaven rant on KZbin. Calling out jay moms, sister, jay on personal shit. So NO he didn’t snitch, he just was airing out dirty laundry after he came home. I guess he felt jay didn’t.take care of him in a timely fashion, he got emotional and started telling his life story, which shed light on the Reasonable Doubt album. The stories told by Jay about him hustling. were actually the life of Dehaven. “Dehaven put me on...” Had he just chilled and and had patience like Biggs and Emorie. He would have been good.
