It's all about food safety. There is no way to monitor the conditions that the chicken was cooked, since it didn't take place in her restaurant. Honestly, the state and local governments failed in their job, because they should have been able to spot that issue instantly. Also, she can be sued by every single one of her past customers for misrepresentation. They were under the expectation that the food they purchased was at a minimum cooked at that physical location. After this, she should be out of business pretty soon. Hopefully.
