Bankstown Sports is probably the best club in Sydney (still worth a visit) and they used to have a few full-sized tables, however they are long gone. I've no idea where a snooker table is any more? Sorry, but it's a dying art form in Sydney.

Did you ever do a 10/10 recreation accuracy? I see a lot of shots that seem perfect, but you always give yourself a 9/10. Which is completely okay, I just wonder, what would a 10/10 look like. Awsome videos!

hard to do, as TV tables are a lot faster and play completely different. 9/10 is amazing 😬

I knooow it was not a critique. I meant that there are a lot of shots that are 10/10 in my eyes, but don't get that rating and I wonder, what needs to be done for a perfect score. Of course its difficult to see because of the different camera angles.

I hope these aren't silly questions; but does your equipment, such as the weight of your cue or the 'freshness' of the cloth on the table, play much of a part in recreating shots? I mean that in comparison to your skill/ability. I can see that being accurate on long shots really is a serious challenge for anyone.
@Breakfromlife
@Breakfromlife 6 ай бұрын
@@amazeddude1780 there is a lot that is different to the tables you would see on TV some things are easier on my table most are harder. The cue doesn’t make too much difference as long as it is a decent standard

Good morning! That was a great compilitation and you worked hard to achieve these shots. Besides, I've been always wondering, how patient and careful you are, at least due to the amount of colored ball you must to put in some positions, sometimes hitting almost all of them, putting them down at their place and trying all over again. I'd definitively give up soon, or manage to make these shots with far more attempts, than you do. Have a strong health and I wish you to participate in world championships, meeting famous players and become famous all over the world yourself❤ Edited: P. S. I'm Andrey from Russian, Saint Petersburg

This is something that actually really puzzles me about our good host. How do you even begin to line up properly and repeatedly set the balls in identical position without dotting the tables with markers everywhere? I get that you have known pockets and color spot positions, but they're pretty far between, and the awkward perspective provided by broadcasts doesn't exactly help. I would totally cheat my way out of the problem and setup an overhead projector ... if their geometry is flexible enough to compensate for a pretty offset installation (though I believe there's also software solutions that allow further geometry control)

I came to say the same. Also thought you were working on your technique to not do that and have the cue come up? One of your later shots in this video your kept it down and overscrewed for position on the green - granted it wasn't quite as long. Id like to see a weekly comparison of power draw shots where you work on that technique. I bet you show steady increments of improvement! Cheers from Airdrie Alberta - Canada. Andy Davis.

Perry should have been this weeks winner. It was a better snooker and a harder shot in just as crucial position in the frame. Maybe Perry's opponent got out of the snooker and Carter's didn't but nothing that occurs after the shot effects the quality of that shot.
