She attacked without warning

Livestock can be dangerous. I've said it, but I need to say it some more. They’ll are not wild animals, but they are animals, none the less. Apollo is a great dog, with a very good demeaner. He has been good with the goats, but as he was walking past one of them, she attacked him, slamming her head into his side. These are the things we have to work thru and the animals need to all figure out their positions or there will be mayhem.
And Ayi is also sick. I knew there was a problem, but I didn't realize just how sick she really was.

Certainly, your DVM is the ultimate opinion in regards to your pup, so I am only offering a few things from my years of raising and training dogs. Some factors playing into the condition you described are her age, her breed, weather, parasites and, well, goat poop. She is doing some major development right now, and that takes a LOT of energy. Since she is a large breed, energy consumption is amplified. Next, goat poop. It can be terribly rich for a young pup. Perhaps ask your DVM about adding a bit of pure pumpkin to her diet. It has always helped mine! If you add hot weather, or stormy weather, into the equation you may have to just wait until she is acclimated. Good luck! Keep us posted!

keep some coconut oil on hand and a baby syringe like comes with baby tylenol and give the dog a dose eveyday for a week or two. giardia gone.

@@breakheartorchard4761 well I had the same issue with an underweight 10 week old American bully. Did the same with rice and chicken but he started losing weight and lost all appetite. Vet suggested puppy grade raw food, we haven’t looked back. He’s two now and still on raw food without any issues. Best bet to ask the vet.
