I like your careful approach to the task. I also like that your horses wear no blinders. It is my experience in decades of working with horses that those trained without blinders from early on tend to become much more dependable and less spooked when confronted with new situations.

why do people always put the taller horse from the right? Is he also a stronger horse and leading horse from the right side?? What is your idea about this? Thanks.

Good question, i heard since the roads are crowned to shed water, you put your taller horse on the outside of the road (in the US, to the right). This means the horses are closer in height when the horse toward the median of the road is a couple inches higher than the one on the outside. Hope that makes sense

@ruggedridgeforest7775 I also was thinking that way, but from another point: if we put higher horse to the left on the road, it will hide more traffic going from opposite side of the road... :). Another idea: when we plow, also higher horse it is better to put to the right, because he is going down in the row, which plow make, so this horse going in the row already some 8 inches lower in the hole... besides that in the row it is harder to go, than on top of the ground, so the horse from the right must be not only taller, but also the stronger one and the faster one... It means, that if we have almost equal horses in height and even the one, which is smaller a little, but faster and stronger, while plowing it is better to put him to the right :), but on the road, of course, to the left, in order not to cover the opposite traffic 😉. Thanks for your work!!!
