@viciousspew It's more that people pay $5 a month to help other people afford the free time to do all the work involved in letting others watch them watch a TV show. The early access is just a thank you for helping fund the channel. Personally, I can't afford to support the channels I love, right now, but I would, if I could. Time isn't free, and it takes a lot of it to make these videos a reality.

11:40 Ha, I dont think he got what he wanted. At this point I think he is pissed. His whole "act" of being though was build on top of him dying off cancer in a few months. He loved being in control of his own life, but probably more important his own death. Now, his life and death is in the hands of more powerful people again. His whole plan has failed. His cancer is better AND he will probably have to cook meth for the rest of his life. I mean, once a criminal, always a criminal, right? You probably cant just exit when you were this deep in business. The other criminals wouldnt allow it (except you are John Wick :D). To me, it seems like the exact opposite is happening. Gus now owns him for however many years Walt lives, not for only 3 months like before. He lost control, he now answers to Gus. He was speeding and also giving up the control over the vehicle, a literal visual representation of him losing control, or, giving it to someone/something else. I didn't get the feeling that Walt was feeling powerful there. Just my interpretation though, maybe it's wrong.

Last but not least when Walt told Gus that he understood why he put the hit out on Hank, and that he would've done the same thing, in no way was he saying that he, Walt, would put the hit out on Hank. He's saying that if the roles were reversed he'd have done the same thing meaning putting a hit out on someone's family if it made sense to him business wise. He's not saying he'd have Hank attacked

Skyler did not know how much Walt was making before Walt mentioned it was "into seven figures". You can tell because for that whole scene it's Walt just speechless and staring at Skyler in amazement as she spins her tale, UNTIL Walt drops that line, then for one brief moment it shifts to Skyler staring in amazement at Walt before shifting back to Skyler being the star and Walt with his jaw hanging open. The way that whole scene was both written & performed was just absolutely brilliant.

Skyler is a survivor and she is so smart and she is saving Walt's reckless ass. Like that cover story she came up with was perfect. It explained everything perfectly, still put the onus on Walt where it should be but she gave him cover by demonstrating empathy about his intentions and state of mind. And gambling is far less of the social sin than meth is. And it makes him seem less dangerous so it protects the children, too. Walt should have thought of that story to lie to Skyler with. She saves his ass over and over. And she didn't want any of this to begin with. She is just surviving the best way she can. What's the alternative?

Hannah just doesn't understand that Walt cares for Hank and wouldn't do something to him. She keeps saying this for the last couple of episodes. She is great with this show and understands some things better than any other reactor, but it seems that she blames Walt a lot for more than he deserves, and the opposite with Jessie.

the "kafkaesque" thing is a reference to Franz Kafka, extremely famous writer lol can't believe you missed that one, I'm so triggered right now lmao just like something that is "lynchian" is a reference to David Lynch and his surreal films.
