Fully shocked that Dean Norris never got an emmy for being Hank Schrader. He embodies that role so well.

The moment Dean Norris won me over as an actor was the scene where he slugs Walter in his garage. There’s a long moment where he and Walt just look at each other, and he says, “I don’t know who you are.” (It shows it in this vid). There’s this quite emotional tension in his voice and in his eyes, like he’s saying goodbye to someone he used to know. He could’ve won an Emmy for that moment alone.

I used to hate Skyler. The first few seasons, even the whole first viewing of the entire series, I disliked her for breaking Walt’s balls. Yet, at a second watch through, I really sympathized with her and realized that she was a real victim and Walt was actually the monster! That was some great acting! Jonathan banks getting that emotional was really nice. As weird as that sounds, it’s nice to see people be vulnerable and honest about experiences that had such a great positive impact on their lives. I personally just found it boring because it was everything I expected. Also others felt the same way, it was a "been there done that" experience. Todd tortured Jesse (yeah he did that in BB too), Jesse had to figure a way to get the money for the vacuum guy (probably since he just escaped the neo natzis), Jesse goes to Alaska (he already brought that up in BB and everyone figured he would probably go). So like i said it just felt pointless. It didnt add anything to the BB story. If Betsy Brandt is interested in a show about Marie Schrader, I would like to see that, especially if it takes place after "Breaking Bad" and shows how Marie does after the show. I don't think it should be a show about how somebody "breaks bad" like both BB and BCS have been, but to make Marie, and to a lesser extent Skyler get on with life after losing their husbands and how Marie went through a tougher time. I would set it 10-15 years after "Breaking Bad" and "El Camino" and that Marie has been through the ringer a few times and now has to recover. It would be a nice change to see a character "break good" in this timeline.

I’m not sure we’ll ever see another run of TV that lives up to the Breaking Bad-Better Call Saul-El Camino run. Incredible, airtight, edge of your seat writing with a cast that is perfect in every role, doesn’t overstay its welcome or try to extend run time in spite of the story not needing it, every setup pays off in a satisfactory way, perfect ending…. You just don’t get this in TV anymore

I agree, and Better Call Saul (I still need to catch up on season 6) has so far avoided all the mistakes other shows spin offs have done. I normally wouldn't say this about any other TV show but I think a Gustavo Fring spin off would be great (with some younger up and coming actor playing the young Gus in the 80s). While they're extremely unsympathetic, a spin off about the Salamanca family would also be interesting, so would a KIm Wexler spin off (Still awaiting to find out what her fate is in the final season of BCS, i hope she doesn't die)

I still remember watching this masterpiece on tv, when all episodes were 'warm and crispy'. It made me tear up back then, and it still makes me tear up. I loved to see every single minute, as I still do with the same excitement. The greatest gratitudes to the writers, directors and producers, to the cast and the crew, they all made something that will remain for a long time. If I'll have kids, I'm going to show this series to them when they grow old enough.
