A lot of KZbinrs who make similar content like Jxmyhighroller used to do that in early videos. Also I remember in singing class they would say that while it sounds ridiculous to use exaggerated vowels, the audience will hear it just fine. I think it’s the same with recordings. You could totally get good with tone like super quickly

I noticed that there are multiple occasions within the show when the camera focuses on a fly or there are buzzing noises in the background. I wonder if they fit in with that interpretation to some degree. Cant be bothered to rewatch the entire thing tho lmao

Yeah, a part I really noticed it on, was right after Walter killed mike. That was the moment he truly lost Jesse as an ally, and the fly was there to give him that warning. Point of no return.

I posted a comment on how this my favorite episode. Several people said it sucks. I asked specifically why, he just said it sucks. He kept saying that until he said the Director that made it sucks and that's why it's not good 🤣. I told him Rian Johnson made Ozymandias which is considered one of the best episodes of Breaking Bad by pretty much everyone. He said that means nothing 🤷

@@nocolour I love Rian’s work in Breaking Bad. I hate the Last Jedi (and the other two Abram’s directed movies in that trilogy). I am able to take artists’ work on individual bases. Just because Rian was good on BB doesn’t mean he was good in Star Wars. Just because Rian was bad with Star Wars doesn’t mean he was good with BB. Rian was merely good with BB and Knives and merely bad at Star Wars. That’s all. Also, Rian had next to nothing to work on or build off of after JJ’s lazy nostalgia rip off of A New Hope with TFA. So blame for the sequel just be shared by all. Especially the corporate side that didn’t feel the need to make sure that idk, like a coherent and new story should be told with the trilogy.

I don’t think it sucks but I think it’s more reasonable to say the episode sucks and for someone to say is their favorite episode LOL because objectively Walt does chase a fly. It seems like one of those episodes people want to like the most because it seems the most unlikable and it makes them sound like they really understand character in the psychological and metaphorical parts of the episode. If someone said this is their favorite breaking bad episode, I would imagine they don’t really like the show breaking bad a whole lot and prefer other types of shows. Not a lot progresses with the story and especially with everything that we’ve seen happen, even the slow burn episodes still had a lot of interesting dialogue and character interactions and progression or digression with where the characters are in their career is meth manufacturers or dealers or whatever you wanna call them. We usually say something being set up as an obstacle or something being chipped away as an obstacle. Just don’t get a lot of that. Again you are in the same setting like the content creator set in the video, these episodes are typically done because the budget is running low. Usually when you are forced to make a certain type of episode to save a little cheddar, it’s kind of weird to say it’s your favorite. Again it just seems like you say it’s your favorite to sound different. I just can’t imagine you being on the edge of your seat or hyped after you saw the episode or dying to talk to people about what happened in the episode like you would with many others. And I guess there’s a difference between an episode being exciting and an episode being your favorite. But why on earth would this be your favorite episode is a better question then why does this episode suck? And I don’t think it sucks. I enjoyed it for what it was! I’m sure it’s not my least favorite episode and I genuinely don’t think there’s an episode I don’t absolutely love. I think this is objectively the best written show of all time and it’s almost absolutely perfect. Smallest things ever like when Walt has to break out the window at Saul‘s office and he has that interaction with the receptionist, I didn’t think the comedy and the goofiness of Walter landed very well. I don’t think the Hispanic woman, Brock‘s mother, I don’t think her acting was up to chops with most of the other side characters. Something every show has but that’s like the only things I’d say that make the show not 100% absolute perfect in the sense of Jesus Christ is perfect lol 99.9999% of the humor absolutely Lance, the character development is 100% perfect to me. And again I think hanks angry performance of just talking through his teeth when he finds out who Walter is that something I wouldn’t consider perfect and kind of distracted me. But that’s what I mean like the smallest things that are still better than 99.99% of anything else has ever been on TV.

Pretty much everybody in human history is able to take every show or movie or performance case by case. Now if people don’t personally like an actor because they are very political or nasty or do horrible things or murder somebody, people are going to be more likely to trash their work which kind of makes sense I understand that by us. And if someone’s incredibly generous and is clearly a loving compassionate person like Keanu Reeves, even though he’s not that good of an actor, people are going to want to support him and it makes you like his performance is a lot better. And I’m not saying he’s a bad actor. The last Jedi is probably objectively the worst movie I’ve ever seen. Not the worst Star Wars movie or a bad Star Wars movie only, a bad movie and 100% of every way. I absolutely loved knives out and I had no idea he directed anything in breaking bad and everything in breaking bad is almost perfect. But I’m not going to say someone’s a good Director for doing something really well when they clearly missed something else up so much and stuck by their mass in defended it, and especially call people racist and sexist for not liking the awful movie.

In fact that’s so much easier for you lol you have free reign to do anything you want. You aren’t limited. They set up the characters and they basically resolve the ark of the first movie. Now they just have to deal with the empire more. He could’ve done anything so not only are you not giving him an excuse to have done poorly, you’re saying there is no excuse to have done poorly. The idea that they were being pursued by the empire is a pretty good idea. It was 100% of the character interactions, 100% of the jokes not landing, 100% of the side stories being incredibly poorly done and literally not mattering, taking the most important fictional characters and probably film history and absolutely ruining their characters and their motivations and everything about them. There is pretty much nothing redeemable about this movie. That’s 100% his fault. Not the writers fault because he has 100% say of everything that’s going to happen in this movie unless some big shot executive comes in and says he doesn’t. Which did not happen and Rainn Johnson stuck by and defeated his work. And I actually believe he probably did it intentionally, not only made the worst Star Wars movie he could but made the worst movie he possibly could to affect Star Wars negatively. I don’t know why he would do that, but with how talented he seems to consistently be, there’s pretty much no excuse or reason. And I am the farthest person from anything that you could consider a conspiracy theorist, even though a theory means something that’s been proven by repeated test over and over and a conspiracy is just a plot or plan involving multiple people or groups lol but I despise 100% of all conspiracy theories but there is some conspiracy theory that’s probably valid as to why he would intentionally ruin the last Jedi…
