The people who think you are overanalyzing the Fly episode are just stupid. There are multiple stuff that prove the episode has a deeper meaning. That kinda stuff isn’t put there by accident, most things shown in a movie or show have a reason for being there(assuming they have good writers)

I believe Vince was paying homage to the plot of the 1986 Jeff Goldblum remake The Fly. The fly is the reason for his downfall hence why Walter treats it as if it's so deadly to them. Whether it's deadly to the batch or not is open for the audience to decide

i remember being disappointed with Fly the first time it aired because i looked at it as filler because no major plot points happen, but after rewatching the show 3 times since it finished, it's in my top 5 episodes now easily.

Today was my first time watching it and I absolutely loved it! First of all, Jesse thinking Walt has completely lost it is just hilarious. And also it's a perfect metaphor for Walt losing control of just about everything in his life. It's so good! I don't understand why people hate it so much. When I looked this up I was expecting people to praise it for its symbolism, but just about everybody hates it and I don't get it

@@alyssa2807 People hate stuff that aren't explained explicitly because that's how it is today, people are lazy to work their brain a little bit more than usual. Same reason why Michael Bay's movies makes a ton

@@alyssa2807 Well I won't say I hate it, but it isn't in my favorite episodes just because it doesn't move the story forward in any serious way. One of the best things about breaking bad is that no matter how entertaining each individual scene is, it is also pivotal to something that will come next. The only part that I feel is crucial in that episode is Walt's apology to Jesse for what letting Jane die, and how considering Jesse doesn't know that Walt was there he is taking it as Walt being concerned about someone that was important to Jesse so in a way it does strengthen the father-son like bond Walt and Jesse somewhat have. Outside of that though it doesn't serve a greater purpose in the grand scheme but I would never say I hate it because much like every other episode it is extremely entertaining.

I LOVE this episode, easily one of my favourites and hugely underrated. It is brilliantly written and made and gives so much depth to the relationship of Walt and Jesse. I will never understand why so many people are hating on it.

Gabriel C jar jar has a huge impact on the plot! If it weren’t for him, Palpatine would not have emergency powers, thus giving him the path to become Emperor. Rose Tico would rather save some space animals and ruin their mission to do so. If she was gonna save anyone, it should’ve been Broom Boy and co.

They would normally be the same level for me But the difference with Jar Jar is that he's _supposed_ to be a comedic relief and not a plot character Rose is supposed to be a plot character but doesn't do her job (Talking Phantom Menace here)
