Their decision seems based on what he did to get Burnley up vs what transpired this season. He is a great man-manager and will bring harmony to the dressing room. Tactics don't appear to be his strong suit, but he's never had this level of talent to work with. Not sure if it will be a master stroke or a bust, but it will be interesting.
