Had a gunfight in ranked play multiplayer where it took 8 rounds of hit markers at nearly point blank range to drop an enemy with a krig. For those that don’t know 4 rounds at maximum damage range for the krig, that’s a 50% hit reg issue. I’m personally hard wired on fibre. 50% is unacceptable for hit reg.

I thought that was just me! Jumped into a truck to plate up, and then got lasered when I stepped back out. No enemy in sight, but killcam then showed him three feet away and directly in front of me. I then tried a couple of games of plunder using mw2 and mw3 weapons, and no shots were registering even when I had the drop on the enemy. Totally broken.

it is actually straight forward: you see you hitting them, you see you dealing "damage" by blood shooting out, yet you will get rekt anyway once they find you after you emptied your magazine on them, you get gaslighted also.. if you doubt skill based damage because there is no proof, this is the closest as it gets.. there is no way i empty my magazine on someone that is barely aware that is being shoot on, than he turn and fry you instantly.. ping is 20 and it has been that way since verdansk where the issue wasnt present

It is truly sad the state of this game right now. I hope they understand that all of this weird sluggish movement isn't good for the casuals or the sweats. Everyone hates it. Way too many sweats and parkour movement bros need to down rank because they can’t handle same level competition so they down rank and two box to beat up lesser skilled players. As a gamer who switched to COD from CSG0 a few years ago I clearly remember how everyone in the CSGO world was complaining about 64 ticks servers in public matches since like 2014, and I find it ridiculous that COD is still stuck with 20 tick servers in 2024. It is even more comical when using a Marksman Rifle (like the EBR) that requires several hits (usually headshots) to be effective. Part of me thinks it has something to do with the omni-directional movement being added to the already poor server quality that couldn't handle Warzone WITHOUT the engine-stressing movement.

This is the worst Warzone for Mnk. The game is in a ridiculous state, and every single new CoD game adds another problem for MnK players. As if aim assist wasn't strong enough, we have to deal with poor visibility, brain dead weapon and crosshair sway that barely affects controllers, faulty audio, horrible visual recoil on top of poor visibility, dark buildings with default dark operator skins, strafe spam meta - and bad input delay to top it all off. And they never address any of it. Do they never have any person play test their new games on MnK? I get its built for controllers, but they insist so hard on crossplay that you'd think they'd have one good idea for it.

I’ve had multiple times in Warzone where even at close range I will beam someone getting first shot, it shows hit markers, and I still lose. Then I look at the kill cam and most of the shots it was saying I hit weren’t even registering for the other person and they’ll only get 2 hit markers out of 30. It’s very annoying.

I did little test in past few days. Before that when i played MP best i could, i was barely able to progress camo challenges. Landing headshot kills was almost impossible with any weapon, not mentions Pistols and some marksman rifles, because lobbys i was getting were too sweaty. During weekend, i totaly switch my gameplay and started holding back. I played quite normal, focusing on objectives, shooting, but missing on purpose. My goal was keeping K/D around 0.3. Which was easy from start, but eventualy it take's more and more efforts to keep it low. Yesterday i had quite easy lobbyes compared to times before weekend. I'm currently focusing on keeping my KD 0.8 to 0.9 in every match and "slowly" progress camo. Basicaly without any effort i can get from 5 to 10 HS per game (Before that 2-5 with max. effort). So SBMM or EBMM are definetly implemented in game. My personal feelings about in-game nerfing or buffing are mixed. When i played on 100%, i feeled like i got nerferd a lot. Now i'm looking for susspicion behaviour from the POV of weaker player. If others are nerfed, or if i'm being buffed. With pistol, i'm currently using, i need get 3 headshots to kill dummy in training range, but in match it sometimes take only 2 hits, even when enemy wasn't damged before. I have to check if i have training course properly set. Today maybe i try large maps, not only Stakeout.

It's absolute skill based damage .. I'm a 2.5-3 kd player and I win almost all my 1v1 gunfights, but somehow I am drying to obviously bad players that are LITERALLY MISSING THEIR SHOTS. @@DJEmin3nc3 its a feature for the anti cheat yes, (which is notoriously bad and known for not actually working), and they claim ricochet doesnt use mitigations on any "not confirmed to be cheating." Imo it is pretty farfetched for ricochet, as terrible as it is, to function flawlessly at changing damage values for legit players under SBD, but be completely unable to accurately get cheaters out.

I’ll tell you what the problem is people since no one else wants to say it! It’s skill based hit registration, they messed it up in the engine. The shots are purposely not registering because of a skill gap.

its not a thing... It's been proven for a long time that it is not a thing. Until data and tests are repeated numerous times to show hit reg is being adjusted, it'll only ever be considered an excuse haha. "Don't attribute to malice what can be adequately explained by incompetence"

Yes and using ai/npcs with real in time manipulation and it’s called Riccochet. Ghost players with ghost profiles you can’t add or message, no mic says they’re offline and some having been offline for years at a time…probably when they were coded & created. They usually disconnect or time out towards the end of the match based on how the game is going. Look them up in recent players after and see if you notice a pattern.

Can you 100 % say they are not implementing some kind of ai hit reg sbmm in their back end. Because I don’t put nothing past these guys anymore. Just saying in 2019 they were under a dma to not talk about sbmm so who’s to say they are not up to something

based on all the real data we have yes. Until new data is discovered, I see nothing valid to change my stance on that. We know for a fact what the tested data shows, we also know for a fact that their servers are some of the worst. Don't attribute to malice what can be adequately explained by incompetence

So glad you touched on this. Noticed this majorly on a guy laying down 20M in front of my LDR fired 2 shots into his head and neither even registered as a hit. This game is getting more and more pathetic each new release. Might end up back on DMZ at this rate.

I was shotting somebody with the PP hitting all my shots. He turns around and zaps me with a few shots. Watched the kill cam and he had the same gun as me. Happens alot. I have fiber also
