Gallagher is an ok player, better than ok even - but if he played for another club would fans be clamoring to buy him? The academy fans are just obsessive. They protested against the club selling CHO and cost us a 60m fee for a player who was overhyped. Then they went crazy over Mount and filled his head with the idea that he was a superstar, and his wage demands went crazy and he left. I like Gallagher and Chalobah, but the way FFP works it makes sense to take a profit on their sale and reinvest in world class talents.

I honestly see Paez as more of a 10 or even a higher 8 like an Odegaard. Just look at his highlights and honestly most of his good work comes centrally, he has good long shot and passing which are more for a midfieeld than a winger and he isnt that fast compared to Estavio whise strengths are dribbling and speed. He even plays in the midfield for the Ecuador national team alongside Caicedo
