People who didn’t watch or didn’t take the advice you gave last year about the tiny buzzbait owe it to themselves to go back and watch it. That tip alone caught me an extra 150-200 fish. Lots of smaller ones, but 3-4 lbs too. Now, if Core Tackle would make an 1/8 oz buzzbait that would could just slide your plastic over the weight and incorporated the TUSH finesse hook … that would be gold!

I fish this reservoir quite a bit and the best fishing is on the other side of the bridge far away from the boat ramp. I have had great success there with a senko. Thanks for this awesome video.

I only had a little time so i didn’t venture to far

What's the name of the reservoir? I'm in Northern Virginia and always looking for opportunities elsewhere in the state.

Trolling motor only and no map. To me now that is fishing. The older I get learning is almost more fun than catching.

I was wondering if sometime you could explain when it is best to use a spinning rod and reel and when a bait casting setup is better.
@MattStefanFishingАй бұрын
I’ll put it on my list

Glad the map breakdowns are back up. Wish you had one for Lake Hartwell. Blaukat was the only one available.

Nice bait. Thanks for the video. I've been using weightless flukes and chatterbaits with a fluke trailer myself. More luck with the chatterbait this year than ever before

Hey Matt. I noticed you’re running white braid; what brand are you using? I’m finding it very hard to get it here in Canada. I prefer the four strand power pro but no one seems to stock it up here. How’s the courtland braid?? Thanks
@MattStefanFishingАй бұрын
It’s Berkley X9
@rigorocks23Ай бұрын

Something you failed to touch on when on the hunt and working like you were, you only really did a presentation while the bait was in the strike zone. As soon as it's past the point of continuing a presentation you just smoked it in and cast it out
@MattStefanFishingАй бұрын
That is true. No need to waste time when it’s out of the strike zone
