Can you please do another video with some more details on the transaction from an investors point of view and one from the renters point of view.

Great suggestion! Will try to cover that in future videos

That would be great. It would be nice to see a renter's perspective after they finalized the deal to buy the home.

RTO is a great strategy, especially when you specialize and do it efficiently!

Yes it is, in my opinion it's is one of the best strategies where you receive cash up front , cash flow , etc. And you don't have to manage the home , or not as much as a normal rental property 😊

So on a 300000 property the “renter” pays 20000 downpayment and buys the house for 50000 more than when was purchased... so this is only good when it’s a second purchase because at 5 percent they would have the downpayment

Broski, what are your thoughts on Redfin, Zillow or apps/websites alike? Do you ever use them at all? Are they good as a research tool? Or even Craigslist, is that a waste of time? Thanks for all the knowledge you share with us!

There are many sites/app that are trying to make investing easier for investors, although at the moment most of them are not very accurate with the values/ prices

What if the client/tenant does not get approved for a mortgage at the end of the term?

Can the tenant/owner sublet or turn their home into a student rental or air b&b without the landlords permission?
@CanadianRealEstateChannel5 жыл бұрын
Great question - I’m not 100% sure
@rhubarb7895 жыл бұрын
Matt McKeever I’m going to guess it’s all in the legal documents. A true tenant/landlord relationship needs the approval of the landlord to sublet. If allowed it would provide passive income to the tenant.

That is a great question, never thought of that. It'll be worth looking into, thanks for pointing out

Hi, why haven't you financed buying an apartment building or 16+ unit building?
@CanadianRealEstateChannel5 жыл бұрын
I do own one parcel that has 20units... But I’ve been busy with this KZbin thing, my software startup (Control Your Property - two fulltime developers working on it), hosting real estate conferences and traveling around Canada to meet other investors. I am on the hunt for good deals though and am currently putting together a proposal for a money partner on a 17unit parcel. (Finished first draft last night)
