I agree but I think this was a smart move by management and I think its clear that AK really had no desire to be anywhere else but here. He's said it every year. How much he loves this city and how his whole adult life has been here and only here. It wasn't just PR he was doing. He meant it. He knows how bleak the outlook is and is still unfazed. He's still undeterred. He means more to this city and franchise than anything.

@@emmitatkins4518 ramsey was coming off an injury so theres uncertainty with that and he was declining prior to the injury which also made it concerning not to mention his cap hit (not gross money but % of cap) was worse at the time. Lattimore is playing like one of the best corners in football and i perfectly healthy atm so theres no concern whether he can mantain his play for this season and next. he'd def get you a second and maybe more.

Sean did mention getting rid of friends is an issue and that might be why he wanted to leave. Besides the fact that his accom0lises got busted tampering trying to ship Sean And Tom Brady to Miami. Miami lost their 1st round pick and this years 3rd round pick over it. Not a small deal. It could’ve been awkward on airline dr. after that. About Kamara, if anyone deserved it it’s him, he’s the only one that didn’t lay down these last few games. And it’s only for two years. They signed Carr to go all in. They have to remain in this path until Carr is gone. Don’t worry things will work out. Rattler will be Qb1 soon. He actually needs time to d3velop anyway

Sean left because he knew this was coming. He saw a "rebuild" coming and he didn't have "his" QB because he missed on Holmes. He left because he didn't want another string of 7-9 seasons. Instead of staying and proving he can be a Head Coach who can build a team post a Pro Bowl QB he wanted to go somewhere that was easier. PERIOD. He saw rough roads and got off the bus!

I think it remains to be seen what they are at best. When they were healthy they looked pretty good. With a larger sample size we could perhaps get a better idea how good they really are healthy under the new system.

They ARE rebuilding. They are literally in the 2nd year of a "soft" rebuild. Remain as competitive as possible while shedding Cap and getting younger. It will take 3-4 years.

They looked pretty good is true, dominant even, but it was Carolina whom is the worst team in the league. Then the Cowboys who have now shown they are not to be feared in any way this year. Yes they are destroyed by injuries and are a much better team than they have shown so far. I hope I’m wrong, however experience tells me this team is long in the tooth, slower than they looked 2 yrs ago and being lead by a coach with a long track record in the position of leadership and well…proofs in the pudding.
