My horse holds his head up and shakes it when i stop and turn around the barrel! Would a tied own help?

Would you like us to do a little video with maybe some tips? We may have some ideas that would help! Also we will do a video about the tie down! It may be a little while because school is starting back up :P and we're pretty busy but we will as soon as possible.
