Candy you can buy in Zombies that can give you temporary or permanent buffs. There were free and paid ones in Bo3- you could also get the paid ones by gambling in game currency you got by playing. Examples are "perkaholic" which gave you all perks that you kept and a temporary one was "shopping free" which made all purchases free for a certain amount of time
