Thank you! One question: Camel-back sit-back spin is change foot combo spinB or spin1?

Going from a camel to a back sit spin to an upright backspin would be a spin combination with a change of foot because you would change feet from the camel forward to the back sit, and have checked the box for all three required basic positions. However, there must be a minimum of 2 revolutions in each of these positions and not less than 6 revolutions on each foot. As far as the level, that depends on what features are recognized by the technical panel. For example: Was the change of foot executed by a jump? Was there a clear increase in speed in the camel or sit?

Hi so I have to take a break from skating due to a major exam coming up. Any tips on how not to lose my spins, jumps and skills. I just got my one foot spin and it would Be sad to lose it due to a break. 😢😢

How long of break? If it's only a few weeks, you'll be fine!

You could do skater specific off-ice training. But that will take time too (plus a financial investment to work with a qualified coach).
