The story and villain in Witch Queen was definitely better. The story in Final Shape felt kind of rushed and off kilter. The villain was kind of average.The package as a whole was really good, though. The raid like mechanics was such a great addition to the story missions. Prismatic is so damn fun and hidden missions are really cool. The 12 player mission was also so damn cool and that closing cinematic with Zavalah, Crow and Ikora was such a nice end cap to the story.

When I played Witch Queen campaign in free weekend, ( started the game on Season of Lost) I was like this campaign was ok, why the my clan members say this is masterpiece and after I bought and played Shadowkeep and Beyond Light, I understood that Witch queen campaign was not very good, the previous ones were just so bad

None of those are bad - it's just that Destiny, as a game overall, is far more than a single player campaign run - if you don't buy into the open world / PVE + PVP content, the campaigns alone will never be enough. The formula is pretty much the same as it's been for years and if a person wants a good story, better to read a decent book.

Taken King and Forsaken is better than Final Shape. I actually liked Rise of Iron more than Final Shape.

The best DLC in Destiny..... Yeah no that still goes to Forsaken, FS doesn't even reach Witch Queen.

@@aaronlaughter6471forsaken campaign was great but half of it was adventures that took the story to a screeching halt. Final Shape campaign was much more focused and cohesive

Ya'll don't realise that the reasons why forsaken and witch queen feel like the best campaings, it's because of the whole year of content that came with them, think about the campaigns and only the campaigns and related quests in a bubble

@codenameeevee still better, hunting down the people who killed Cayde kne by one with the help of Petra was amazing, and then after killing Uldren, realizing we were getting a second patrol zone, that was mindblowing. Not to mention the 4 strike maps, 4 crucible maps, and Gambit. Forsaken was amazing

Most buggy, technically broken expansion to date. I've played since D1 beta. Final Shape is a mess, and Bungie can't fix it.

Did you only play the first day because the only part of the is expansion that was unplayable was launch. Every day since should be completely fine.

@@JB.zero.zero.1 dato claimed lightfall was good dlc. dato also claims this was the best dlc ever. i say hell no. it’s garbage. the story was terrible too. the leadership of humanity goes on a suicide mission because “reasons” and the super cringey “we fight beside you!” LOOOOOL! it was like terrible fan fiction.

Datto is a f'ing muppet. He'll criticise the minutia, but he'll always praise overall because he is scared of losing his paycheck. AztecCross is another dodgy fu**er you should never trust. All they do is criticise the small stuff so they can then be hypocrites and keep playing to maintain their paydays.
