Just an fyi, at least in some companies and government agency, they have the right to audit any portion of the business. The only items that they cannot audit is what you walk in carrying on your first day. I.e your personnel items However if you attach your personal phone or media accounts to the company’s domain, your personal information now becomes part of the company’s and they’ve the right to audit the information….. A company’s audit can never be illegal

The harassment charge should be against Hanni on the illit manager, who is a laborer. Hanni was not a laborer under the definition.
