Jin doesn't give a sh*t about MHJ. He's been going a million miles an hour since his discharge. He's done three TV shows, multiple photo shoots, the Olympics, released an albumn, made three music videos, a dance challenge, started a GUCCI Ambassadorship and appeared on The Tonight Show. All of which was completed in four months. He's a sweet soul who's self deprecating sense of humor has been with him from the beginning of joining BTS as the "visual" hence his self-proclaimed nickname of World Wide Hansome.

If you notice, the shirt he wore under the green jacket while performing is Gucci too. Maybe the whole outfit is. I also noticed his ear pieces, mic and jacket were all green. Wonder if the pink is gone for good.

The thing about him calling himself WWH is that he doesn't claim to be the most handsome man in the world. In fact, he's explicitly said that's not what he means and that he doesn't think that at all. It's because he was surprised he's considered handsome in countries around the world and not just Korea. And of course that very typical for Jin joking tone of voice he uses when he says it makes it sound endearing rather than pompous and self-absorbed. 😄👍 💜

Thank you for your insights about Jin and BTS. As what most of the K-pop industry do not understand until now, is that they can train the best singers, dancers, actors and whatnot, they could spend millions. in endorsement, plugs, ads and sales boost, that could only take them so far when it comes to having the worldwide impact compared to what BTS have. All seven of the BTS members are not only talented, handsome and geniuses in their own right, they are honestly kind, intelligent, sharp-witted and charming men. They know when to be serious, when to be silly, when to put their foot down. Their strength of character, love for their craft and appreciation for their fans and staff is what sets them apart. They may feel pressured into doing the best with their talents, writing their own music, but they genuinely care for their projects and are sincere in their efforts They are not polished robots who just sings songs that are written for them, follow choreography mechanically, smile for the cameras and do aegyo. They are pretty much real to themselves, and they care about their inputs in their songs. They have the IT factor, and a million other things more

I am really happy to see Jin get his time to promote his music and be in the spotlight. I felt bad for him at the last Festa dinner when the other members talked about their solo plans and he kept quiet because it had not been announced that he was about to enlist. I just really felt sorry for him in that moment but seeing him now, post military enjoying what he does best would make anyone smile. So good to see! You go Jin!!! We love you man!!

@@lana4182 I think they all knew at Festa, that was really the first time they admitted to ARMY that there would be a break. Namjoon, Jimin and Jungkook cried at that dinner because they knew Jin would be going soon and that BTS group activities had to stop but they couldn't tell ARMY enlistment was the reason for the break because maybe Jin did not have his enlistment date conformed at that time. It seems forever ago and we are now only 6 and a half months before they are all back together.

Jin already wanted to leave in 2020, then in 2021, then in the spring of 2022, then in the summer of 2022, then finally after the Busan concert he applied for the draft. One thing they had obviously discussed together and with the label, it is not like one member of a group applies for the draft without the others knowing. The label held him back because they were hoping for a last-minute exemption (which the government had repeatedly floated for years), but he and the others were all ready to go. Don't forget that j-hope enlisted only four months after Jin, after another five months Suga and after a couple of months the others. The reason they went on break was precisely to have some time for their solo albums before enlisting, and also to prepare the material that would be released while they were in the military.

I always appreciate how Jimmy Fallon handles them. I'm sure it was frightening for the non-English speakers doing solo appearances without Namjoon. But he sets it up so they're comfortable, can be themselves, and he's respectful.

Fallon is no fool. I believe he sincerely believes in and likes each BTS member. However, he knows his show will get an enormous group of viewers ANY time BTS, or one of the members appears on the show. I love that each member has been able to release individual albums, because it shows how unique and special they are. I always thought Jin was cute, but with all of his offerings and appearances since his release from the military, I am seeing him truly shine with talent, charisma, personality and all good things. His album is a breath of fresh air and sunshine. No vulgarity, ranting, etc., like in some albums. He is just happiness personified, and I want to be his best friend! We need a world full of JINS.💜

The thing is, the way Jin is saying he's so handsome and complimenting himself, doesn't really sound like he is so conceited. It's the way he says it and still making his fans feel like we can be just as handsome or pretty like him too. He doesn't come off as a self entitled person just because he is handsome and rich. Like the positive take on us having our own colour come out, becoming stronger, having to deal with the inevitable / unavoidable narcissists around us. Life *is* difficult after all, with challenge after challenge testing our mettle. And BTS has definitely seen their share, or perhaps even more compared to other artists under different labels. We can see which US talk show hosts BTS members are most comfortable with, especially with the solo album promotions. Why do I love jin? Jin was youngest in his family but he did the damn good job as oldest brother of BTS(be fr who would steal utensils from his own home to feed some almost strangers), Jin was an introvert but still no one can say it after watching him at first(he tried his best to make his group feel comfortable and not to think am older n you have to obey me) ,he was mainly selected for his visual but tried the best to show he's perfect as vocalist, people might hate me for saying it i can never forget the taejin fight as I know how much Korean people respect older people (am not hating tae, he was just angry or he would never) i started loving n respecting him more than i ever did anyone , he loved jk as if like he's the mom of the child, or that time when he replied to jks curiosity saying if tae tossed the food then he toss it Let him try. I am excited to see Jin being just as Jin as ever and I really love that Jimmy Fallon makes the effort to make the members comfortable and instead of capitalizing o a language barrier, he helps make the interviewing comfortable and a space to learn, even if it is a word or two. He doesn't make the barrier a punchline like other hosts have. I think it speaks volumes about their comfort with Jimmy that he is the only American latenight tv host they've come back to during Chapter 2.

Jin is able to be optimistic in the most healthy ways. He's innately humble. When he laughs at himself, it's genuine. When he praises himself, it's genuine. It's easier to believe optimism from a person who has seen the other side of that coin, for sure. His comment about taking things in stride bc "he's a superstar, so naturally these things will happen," is so so good. He understands that there will always be ppl who put him down, but there are more ppl who lift him up. I'm so grateful for this opportunity for the world to see how amazing Jin truly is. His outlook on life is brilliant. Jimmy did a great job of letting Jin's personality lead the interview. He always makes the members feel safe and understood, and makes an effort to give them a space to showcase themselves the way they choose to. Other hosts can be overbearing in trying to get the laughs and pushing the members into being caricatures. Jimmy has been a solid ally to BTS in the U.S., and I appreciate him for that.

Watching him in all the shows, in all his promotions, we can see how confident, bubbly, funny,happy, down to earth and many more is jin. He doesn't have insecurity and it can be clearly seen, when he says he really likes it a lottttt when some other artists performs their songs and like to hear as its a new voice in that lee mujin service and not only this almost all the bts members when reacting to the army covering their songs on youtube, they were telling those people sang better than us ....they did really great and them being so true and not being insecure of what if others perform it in a better way than us/me is like top notch quality cause they know and they are bts and they are unique coz destiny broght them together and they are not arrogant even if they achieved a lot more where others like mhj like to dream and say she have achieved what bts has achieved......she being delusional can't be changed and we can see the clear difference between the bragging one's (nj mamma) and the one who did it(bts). nj hasn't even achieved 1 percent of bts....if they are not under hybe they won't even be recognized and the productions songs money everything belongs to hybe, the company provided and they performed....company promoted them and the biggest one is them being in bts permission to dance song and bts being the hybe group so army and carrots, moas are interested in the coming groups so this is the biggest advantage they have, still mhj has the audacity to say she achieved it 🫥🫥🫥🫥🫥 and who felt so insecure and went to media right after the huge success of illit.

I'm really thankful to Jimmy and his team working on the show. Having a translator there so the members can interview comfortably and providing the hard subtitles when they speak is a big thing for American TV it's not something I've see done much. I've only seen this done on Jimmy's show with BTS and previously James Corden did some with BTS skits during the Concert in the Crosswalk or During Carpool Karaoke when Jin & Suga were talking in the back seat. Whatever you feel about James Corden his show probably helped I think influence Jimmy Fallon show execs to have BTS on their show like that. James Corden was the first American late night show I can think of that allowed BTS' team to be active in designing the stage for Black Swan debut performance. I’ve notice that Jin is getting more and more confident even not knowing English. It is good for him and even the other members of BTS, to get to US having interviews as a solo artists as well. I am happy that Jin gets to joke and do his thing with that confidence, he does it very naturally and people loves it. I love the” World Wide Handsome” Jin is the best!😊❤

Thank you again. I really liked Jin on The Tonight Show. Loved to see Jin on his own. You can see that Jin showed how we know him throughout the years. Loved it that Jimin and Suga and Jungkook where there too. Each member showed the side that we know of them. Jimin giggles a lot because, he's so nervous and also insecure. Suga listens and is a no nonsense person, serious and his humor. Jungkook very confident and still very greedy (positive way). But at the same time each member is grateful for each BTS member. Also humble and grateful for ARMY. Love how BTS is proud of their country and so many times have references in their songs etc. Yes, BTS paved the way and now a lot of Korean musicians are invited. What I also like about BTS every member are real Koreans. Not like some groups from Korea who have 2 nationalities and (lived until they started in the music industry) in a different country and where choosen because, of it so those groups will also get support from those countries. The only point I do not agree with is your comment about non South Korean artists no matter where artist come from I think they should be able to follow their dream or get a change to follow their dreams regardless of nationality, ,race, ethnic background, gender etc etc.

Jimmy Fallon loves Jin and the other members. He's very supportive of them and he makes them feel so comfortable. Jin became a part of BTS originally because of his visuals. He learned how to sing and dance after becoming a part of BTS. He was originally going to become an actor. He's immensely talented and loveable unlike NJ's Mama.

Thanks for the video! Jin was so genuine, comfortable, confident, and yet humble. Such charisma without trying. I think having completed his military service with flying colors might have something to do with it (as he was an assistant drill instructor, I think)
