What if my husband and i have been approved for waiting 16 months for this approval. Then we got approved from NVS and we requested for a expedition since i am waiting on my husband from Islamabad, Pakistan in order to have important surgeries and Islamabad Embassy responded that they wont expedite. That its a first come first service for those to get an interview! Please suggest what we can do? Oh!! Also, I have our US Senator, Marsha Blackburns office involved! How about hiring more people to work in NVC soo people who are coming to America the right way don’t have to wait so long for their immigrant visas. My daughter is documentarily qualified and will be waiting for an interview for approximately 2 yrs.

If you yourself are citizen your wife has been eligible all this time to fix the status , but now she can fix it through her son since he turned 21 years old! Go to a lawyer
