You need to enter into build mode from the portal, and seen as he can't get into the house without the steps he mentioned, no he can't destroy anything in the house.

Check my video on this, you could only use the viewer to make floating rooms. We tried glitching into an other houses building mode but still couldn't remove stuff when I got in using a old method thats still not patched on runescape 3 to get into other peoples building mode. The removing and building of items is player registered only.
