Thank you! It boggles my mind how more people don't see this. RILEY is tanking Jimmy's value playing Petty games. If they knew they weren't gonna extend him they should have traded him last year or in the offseason. All this does is raise red flags and drive down Butler's value. Instead of trading for a playoff x factor who could win a series, you're getting a locker room trouble case who is owed a lot of money next year when he inevitably opts into his contract because his value is so bad.
