You keep talking about die hard fans finding any way to watch games…it’s actually the exact opposite. Die hard fans who love THE GAME of basketball are the ones not watching…and casuals are. I’m 42 years old and have been a basketball fan since the late 80s…I have zero interest in watching the garbage product this league is putting on the floor these days. Too many 3s, no defense, no travel called, no palming / carrying called, offensive players pushing their defender off constantly with their off arm with no foul being called, no low post play, very few midrange players, centers sitting on the perimeter shooting 3s, etc etc. Steph and the Warriors were quite entertaining at the time because the way they played was an anomaly…but Shaq is right when he says literally all of these teams play the exact same way. It doesn’t matter what game you try and watch..there’s one style of play and every team and every player is doing the same damn thing every game and every possession. Basketball is a beautiful game…I just wish they’d play it.
