The parents are illegals and don't qualify for government benefits, the anchor baby is a citizen and qualifies for aid for dependent children, help with rent and food stamps WIC ECT. Is how everything used to work before the current invasion. A final note, there has always been a pathway for citizenship for "dreamers". It's just not handed to them automatically.
