Forget his politics, that doesn't matter at all. He's typical of people his age. Far too many have strong opinions that aren't based on knowledge or facts. It's not even worth discussing a topic with them because they've already decided where they stand without doing a lick of research. In an age where information is so widely available to all for free, it's disturbing to listen to many of the youth as they "debate or discuss" issues of the time. Education in the US ended when my World War Two vet teachers retired. Young Americans do not even know FDR refused to save any Jews and actually did many things to stop Jews from being saved.
