She just said her oldest son was 17, and she is 31. That means she had that child at 14.

If she's been in custody just a little over 3 months and the new baby is 2 months old then she had to have birthed her while in jail. This mom is a mess and I feel for all of these children! I hope to God she doesn't continue to have more.

Frustrating as hell🤯🤯🤯🤯🤬🤬🤬. she’s been out of compliance so many times this woman I don’t care how many kids she has does not deserve kid gloves anymore. Oh my goodness no wonder we have so many criminals out the street breaking laws and hurting other people.

“… it would take long.” OR IT WOULDN’T TAKE LONG”. the ladder is the correct verbiage to use. Unless I’m the idiot. No she does not deserve to get off from cutting off her monitor. She’s thumbed her nose at the court more than three times including the arrival after the time that she was supposed to be there. Also her unborn child to drugs. It’s a freaking privilege to have a baby. Some people don’t deserve children. Why does she keep having them state pay for them?

In answer to your question, "Unless I'm the idiot" Let us consider that *you're calling out the content creator while simultaneously stating "ladder" rather than 'latter'!* Wow that's rich!😅

What a great investment the US made here. By the time her and her family are half way through all the taxpayer services they will have cost hundreds of thousands and counting. And she does not care one bit. She is lucky she got to go through Boyd's deferred adjudication merry-go-round failure though. Judge loves to throw away those taxpayer dollars. She has to be the adjudication scheme champion of the courts by now.

I understand that we often fall into the trap of wanting to judge other people. And you have intimated that judge Boyd is wasteful with taxpayer money with how she handles her cases. What you may not know, is that she is saving the taxpayers money by using deferred adjudication .The United States has 5% of the world's population but 25% of the world's housed criminals. Texas spends almost 4 billion dollars to house prisoners. The United States spends approximately 50 billion. It's a darn sight less to help them get off drugs and teach them to be responsible citizens. And remember, the prisoner pays for some of those services through fines and costs. Sending them to prison rarely teaches them anything.

@@stoke777 Excellent articulation of facts! Thank you! I find it funny that quite often those who are ranting on & on about taxpayer dollars aren't even employed! So many are just online pretending to be a righteously indignant super citizen😅

Is it Oouchie because of the annoying nags to like and subscribe? I must've missed the part where the defendant is called a liar.

This is actually a great channel with quality content and commentary. Perhaps you haven't noticed that *all channels request viewers to like and subscribe!* There's really no reason to be rude..when you can simply move along. Js

Could someone please put her in jail/prison for a few years? She can get clean there. You can’t trust her at all!!! She’ll be back because everything wrong is someone else’s fault. Let us not forget she used meth while pregnant with the 2 month old. Her children are all a hot mess and it’s on her.
