I think he's highly underqualified. Several people have commented how great they thought he is, but the cases they know him for all seemed to be family court. Sorry SOB didn't even know the difference between types of contempt. In family court, that shit probably flies because divorce parties don't know either. Criminal court is a different beast. He should take a deep breath, gather his pride, and recuse himself.

It seems to me that this judge’s recurrent denials to prevent another judge from reviewing the situation is an indication that he understands that he is wrong and in trouble. The problem is, the more he doubles down, the worse it’s looking for him. The increased lack of honor among judges and prosecutors warrants the establishment of a clean process to remove them from office.

I am a physician! My question may seem silly to you, but as a physician we all wonder: why does everything take so darn long in the legal field ? I mean paperwork review takes a year? Thank you. This is fascinating ! ( my daughter starts law school this fall).

Let's be honest this starts with Fannie Willis and her ambitions her ambitions came at a price called ethics she has none it has trickled down to the prosecutors that work under her and apparently it is also affected this judge Ambitions a great thing butt when ambition rules your ethics and the ethics of the people that work for you it becomes a stain on the justice system in Fulton County these trials in Fulton County seem more like a setup then a legal trial they definitely don't have all their ducks in the rows their eyes aren't dotted and their Ts are not definitely not crossed it seems like they're constantly shooting from the hip and the improprieties in this trial are so obvious also in the Trump trial this is just wasting Fulton County tax dollars no matter what happens these trials verdicts will get overturned on appeal I believe at this point they're just beating a dead horse I don't know the money that they're wasting on these two dead trials when they need to be rebuilding a Fulton County Jail when a man dies of bed bug bites in their custody there's something wrong there's something going on in Fulton County and obviously the feds and the doj have sold their souls to the Democrats I believe that this was any other District the investigation would have been quick and Final a dog shouldn't be living in Fulton County Jail let alone human beings that are innocent until proven guilty

Judge Is Beyond Bias, Needs To Be Fired For A Taking His Personal Feelings Out On Brian Steel, For Trying To Protect The Intigurity Of Young Thug Case. An Locking Mr. Steel Up He's Trying To Twist The Others Lawyers Words Abuse Of Power

He’s trying to put Young Thug away. And the other guy already said that he was question so many times that they would not let him go. The detectives would not let him go until he answered questions for them even though he was willing to tell them anything at that point. He said he’s the one who fired the shots. And Young Thug has been sitting in there for two years and by the way is the Trump supporter so that adds to this.

It’s in motion. That’s what the motion for recusal is. There is a process over the next week or so that at least 1 unbiased judge will take a look.

No, they want to convict Young Thug. If he goes free, which now he should, it's a HUGE loss for Fani and Fulton County.

They are trying to convict Young Thug. He has a Trump supporter, and that plays into this. I guarantee you. The guy who originally said that Young Thug was the shooter is saying that he was the shooter and he was given some sort of immunity in this. From what I understand, he’s not allowed to plead the fifth so he’s just playing with the way he’s playing it on the stand. Whole thing is a circus. They just need to throw this case out. I mean, he’s been sitting there for two years for crying out loud.

I believe I heard 17 pages? The worse part of the paper is it has to be in APA format with citations. No one can seem to agree just what is the proper format of a APA citation.
