I am such a fan of Victor Davis Hanson. I remember watching "Ancient Battles" on the History Channel as a kid. He was one of the historical Experts that they would cut to periodically, describing a certain scenario or event. As a young man I always loved how calm, smart, and matter-of-fact he was. Now as an Adult I see him giving spot on takes on politics and current events, all with the same calm, deliberate, and articulate demeanor. Great man.
